Xray runs over TCP, AmneziaWG is WireGuard with obfuscation, while Hysteria is built on QUIC: it keeps its speed on connections with packet loss and looks like an ordinary HTTP/3 site from the outside. Details are in the article “How Hysteria works”.
If only QUIC or HTTP/3 is blocked, turn on Salamander obfuscation in the module settings — you will then need to send the issued links out again. If the provider blocks UDP entirely, Hysteria will not connect: for such networks BeAdmin offers Xray and Mimicry, which run over TCP. What to check when there is no connection is covered in the section “If it doesn’t connect” of the client setup guide.
