QryptoPay self-hosted crypto payment gateway

Accept Bitcoin straight into your own wallet, with nobody in between

A Bitcoin payment lands straight in your own wallet — no intermediary account standing between you and the network. QryptoPay prepares the invoice and address and notifies your store, non-custodial, no KYC and no cut of turnover.

01 — about

Bitcoin, accepted without a second system

Bitcoin follows the same four steps as any other order here: invoice in USD, a personal address for the customer, chain confirmations, and a webhook back to your store — the panel runs all of it.

Panel module

Bitcoin doesn't need a gateway of its own — it's a module inside BeAdmin, on your server.

Full payment cycle

Bitcoin's path — invoice, address, confirmation, webhook — needs no manual click.

Money goes straight to you

Bitcoin has nowhere to sit but your wallet — non-custodial, no cut, nothing ever frozen.

No KYC, no middleman

Nothing to fill in for Bitcoin, no merchant check, no approval to wait on.

02 — how it works

Your server, your wallets, a terminal on your site

The module runs on your own server with the BeAdmin panel — ready to accept crypto payments in your online store. The acceptance point is a terminal: connect it to a site, bot, or account area.

1 Step 01

Install the panel and the module

You need a server with BeAdmin. Install the QryptoPay module in the panel.

Separate service not needed
2 Step 02

Create a terminal

Creating a terminal builds a checkout page. The panel issues the transaction signing key.

3 Step 03

Choose currencies and wallets

Choose which cryptocurrencies to accept, and set payout wallets.

4 Step 04

Connect it to your site

The store creates an invoice and gets a link to a ready-made checkout page. It finds out about payment by webhook.

}

One request — and a payment link is ready

Plain HTTP: no SDK, no widget, no checkout markup of your own. The store learns about payment through an HMAC‑signed webhook, with a delivery log and retries if the connection drops.

retry after 30s · attempt 2 200 OK

A test terminal next to the live one

Debug without a second install and without risking live payments — switch terminals in the same interface. Payment status arrives in real time over WebSocket.

03 — reliable

No holding account for Bitcoin, only your wallet

Bitcoin has no middleman to remove in the first place — nothing for anyone to cap, freeze, or claw back.

No private key in the system

The panel only holds your wallet's extended public key (xpub) — a watch-only key that derives a fresh HD address for every customer, but it can't sign a spend. Bitcoin from the customer lands in your wallet immediately: there is no sweep to an intermediate account at all, by design — the server is physically unable to move your money.

money lands here directly, no sweep

No KYC, no approvals

Bitcoin was never routed through anything resembling a gateway — no forms, no vetting, no verdict to sit through.

Your own nodes or public ones

Skip the public node for Bitcoin entirely by dropping your own RPC address into settings.

ETH Ethereum RPC own node
TRX Tron RPC public

Flexible setup and an encrypted backup

Bitcoin has just the surcharge to configure, if you even want one. A migration backup, when you make one, is locked with your own password.

backup whole module only you hold the password
04 — fast

The checkout page is already built

The store creates an invoice and gets a link. From there, our page guides the customer — translated, mobile, with a live status.

21 languages out of the box

The language is detected from the customer's browser, the choice is remembered, and names are shown as endonyms.

English Deutsch Français Español 日本語 Русский Türkçe +14

QR code and address in one tap

A countdown to invoice expiry and a live status over WebSocket: the page finds out about payment on its own, no refresh needed.

Mobile‑first, from 320 px

Your own logo on the page; the "Powered by BeAdmin" mark can be turned off in settings.

No unnecessary questions for the customer

The customer pays exactly the Bitcoin amount shown on the invoice — the exchange rate stops mattering right there.

05 — savings

More Bitcoin moves, bill stays flat

Bitcoin volume doesn't enter into what the licence charges.

No cut of turnover

It's the licence that sets your bill, never the Bitcoin passing through it or the size of your average order.

Growth doesn't raise the bill

Bitcoin volume can multiply and the price sits still — a percentage-of-turnover model never would.

No fees to a middleman

Bitcoin never passes through a middle account, so the network fee is the whole story — nothing else stacked on top.

Cut of turnover
monthly turnover custodial gateway, 1% QryptoPay
$5,000 −$50 $0
$25,000 −$250 $0
$100,000 −$1,000 $0

Bitcoin's outcome doesn't shift between plans at all, only the network fee ever applies. The 1% is a stand-in for comparison, nothing more.

10 — operations

Keeps running while you're busy elsewhere

Accepting payments shouldn't need someone on call. The module tells you when it actually needs a hand.

Emails only when it matters

An invoice has expired, or a payment arrived unlinked to any order — we flag it right away, not just when you ask.

invoice expired, no payment received
payment with no order — check it

Balances in the panel

Wallets, pending invoices, and incoming funds — right where the rest of your server lives. No separate admin panel to open.

Non-standard routes

GasFree, routers, batch transfers from an exchange — these payments are credited normally, no manual review needed.

Everything visible in the panel

Every address balance and all pending payments live in the same panel as the rest of your server. An email about a payment with no order arrives right away.

One payment, one order

One payment equals one order equals one webhook, no matter how timing or amounts line up. No double-crediting.

Funds received without an order

Money lands on the address but doesn't match any order — you get notified, so the payment doesn't vanish into the logs.

Frequently asked questions

A BeAdmin module built for Bitcoin: it raises the invoice, derives a personal address from your own public key, tracks chain confirmations, and sends a webhook to your store — automatic, with no middleman anywhere.

Bitcoin was built to skip exactly this kind of gateway. It reaches your wallet directly, with no form to fill in, no review, and nothing at all to wait on.

Non-custodial in the strictest sense — there's no private key in the system at all, only your wallet's public one.

There is no private key in the system — the panel only holds your wallet's extended public key (xpub), a watch-only key that derives a fresh HD address for every customer. Bitcoin lands with you right away; there is no sweep to an intermediate account at all: the server technically cannot move that money.

Sign a request with the terminal and a Bitcoin invoice opens, returning a link to a finished, ready-to-use checkout page. An HMAC‑signed webhook reports payment — no SDK, no widget, nothing to build yourself.

There's no plugin marketplace involved — a signed request creates the Bitcoin invoice, a link comes back for checkout, and a webhook closes the loop once it's paid. Any platform, same exact steps.
