Terms of Service

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the terms of use of the control panel (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) and is binding on all users (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) accessing the Service, as well as the company providing the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Service provides the Client with the ability to manage their servers, websites, and related resources through a web interface. By using the Service, the Client acknowledges that they have read and accept the terms of this Agreement.

• The Operator provides only technical tools for management.
• All actions within the Service are carried out under the Client’s own responsibility.
• The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the content of the Client’s resources.

2. Registration and Access

To use the Service, the Client must complete the registration process and create an account. The Client must keep their information up-to-date and ensure the confidentiality of their credentials.

• The Client must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• The Client is responsible for keeping their login data secure.
• If unauthorized access is suspected, the Client must immediately notify the Operator.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Client

The Client agrees to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and not to violate the rights of third parties.

• It is prohibited to use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing materials.
• Any attempts to disrupt the Service or compromise its security are forbidden.
• The Client is responsible for all actions performed using their account.

4. Liability and Limitations

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranties. The Operator takes reasonable measures to maintain the Service’s functionality but does not assume responsibility for possible interruptions.

• The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• The Operator is not liable for any losses incurred by the Client as a result of using or being unable to use the Service.
• The Client uses the Service at their own risk.

5. Final Provisions

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The Client is responsible for reviewing changes and stopping use of the Service if they disagree.

• Changes take effect upon publication.
• Continued use of the Service implies the Client’s acceptance of the updated Agreement.
• All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
